Before you send support details
Please do not include symptoms, lab values, diagnoses, medication doses, screenshots of health records, or other sensitive health details in general support messages. If symptoms are urgent, severe, or worrying, contact your clinician or local emergency services.
Common fixes
- For subscription access, open the paywall or Settings and use Restore Purchases.
- For notifications, check iOS notification permission and the reminder schedule in the app.
- For data controls, use Settings to export or delete local app data.
