Terms of Use - Menopause

By downloading or using Menopause, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which these terms supplement.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Menopause on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and the Apple standard EULA.

Medical disclaimer

Menopause is a personal tracking and education tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment. AI explanations and Maya companion responses are for general education, reflection, and clinician-question preparation only.

Subscriptions

Menopause Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. Monthly and Yearly options, prices, and durations are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

New subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial where shown on the App Store paywall. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan price is charged and the subscription auto-renews. The trial length, price, and region-specific terms shown by Apple at purchase are authoritative.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies: Apple Standard EULA.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and for your personal use. Do not reverse-engineer, resell, overload, or abuse the backend, AI, purchase, or referral systems. Creator referral codes are for genuine attribution only.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions you make based on app content, AI-generated explanations, reminders, or reports. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law.

Privacy

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country or region.
